Prior to founding UNOQUIP, Alex was VP of Critical Care at Convatec, where he previously held various marketing and business development roles.

Prior to that, Alex worked as Product Portfolio Manager at Unomedical in Denmark. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry and is passionate about customer focused solutions.

Christian Hoelscher

CFO

Passionate about supporting patients through medical innovation, Christian has spent many years in financial roles of MedTech and Pharma companies in Europe, the US and Asia. His experience in managing diverse international teams in organizations from start-ups to multinationals provides him the ability to support UNOQUIP’s exciting launch and growth.

Helle Egebjerg Kure

COO Europe

Helle brings 22+ years of experience from management positions in the MedTech industry to UNOQUIP. She is a successful developer and manager of high-performance teams with full P&L control across all aspects of the business incl. sales, distribution, market access, marketing, legal affairs, HR. In her prior role she has been European Commercial Director at Convatec.

Bruce Moncrieff

COO, Managing Director UNOQUIP PTY LTDWith over 30 years in the medical devices industry in Australia and New Zealand, and experience in a number of senior executive roles at companies such as S&N, J&J and Convatec, Bruce brings a broad range of skills and knowledge to UNOQUIP. Bruce has passion for customer engagement, commercial growth and people development.
